With the participation on the PC Henderson Photo Grand Prix you accept the following conditions.
1. You must be aged 18 years and above to enter.
2. Participation in the competition is through uploading photos on the web site www.normstahl-foto.eu. All pictures correctly received are stored and evaluated through a jury. The participants are fully responsible for the submitted pictures and their copyrights and must in case of showing persons on the picture being able to prove their approval for the publication.
3. Only pictures may be loaded, which show a garage door of the PC Henderson. Loaded pictures, which show competitor products, get deleted immediately after receiving and not published.
4. The winners are announced on the Grand Prix Website of PC Henderson beginning of January 2008. The decision of the jury is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Information and reasons about the decision process can not be given. The recorse to the law is impossible.
5. The winners are informed by telephone, by mail or by email.
6. The applicant confirms that participation in the Photo Grand Prix, grants unlimited use and gives permission for the submitted photographs to be published as deemed by PC Henderson.
7. PC Henderson is not responsible for complaints with regard to the showing rights of persons. The participant is obliged, to ask the approval of individuals shown on the picture and is correspondingly responsible for reladed complaints.
8. Personal data which you provide is used to trace the winner and to guarantee the delivery of the prizes.
9. This service can be deactivated at any time. You will receive an email address for you to deactivate your subscription. You can also deactivate by phone or mail.
10. The data raised during the registration is stored and processed by PC Henderson. The data is not passed onto a third party.
11. Onto explicit written request - with wich email or fax suffice - those of the PC Henderson are put out stored data immediately.
12. The participants give PC Henderson an irrevocable license, to use the pictures sent in for marketing and advertising-purposes freely.
13. The organisator of this competition is Cardo Garage Door AB - Presiden Juergen Hartrampf - Rskildevägen 1, SE-20121 Malmö
14. PC Henderson reserve the right to withold from application, any images which show for example violent, criminal, religious, political, racist, sexual or exploitive contents.
15. Every participant may send in at most 2 pictures. All further pictures sent in are not accepted. All pictures correctly sent in are protected in the photographic gallery from which only the jury can access the pictures. The download of the photos of the web site can not be prevented technically.

17. A jury is employed in order to decide on the winners.
18. The winners of the Photo Grand Prix are announced beginning January 2008 on the Photo Grand Prix Site.

20. Employees of Normstahl GmbH, Crawford, PC Henderson or their members are excluded from participation in the competition.
21. If you not agree with the terms of use, participation is not possible in this competition!
